I had a really busy weekend and not fun either, thought this week would be more reasonable but I'm getting off to a bad start. My phone reminded me I have an appointment tomorrow that I thought was on Thrusday (and then my brain goes oh yeah she did change the day) so I'm trying to rethink my week.

I did get my flu shot Saturday so that's out of the way and my DH ordered me a grout brush on a long handle so I can stand up to clean the grout on my floors. My kitchen and family room really need it and every time I say something about doing it he has a fit especially since my back is getting better. He says your not in unbearable pain now and you want to work on your hands and knees! I won't be able to do it all at once because standing and using the vac still gives me problems. But I can get started on it.

Now to the food issues I've been staying on program and doing some walking and yoga but I don't feel like it's working but that seems to be my feelings lately. I knew why my last weigh in was the same but I'm not over doing the LC Bread now and still feel that way. It's going to be a day of disaplain I can feel it. It would sure be nice if when we go to a new WOE it would just be natural all the time or at least that way after a month or so.

Well I've got to get busy everyone have a good Monday.
