I finally finished all the programming for the c25k for my treadmill. I haven't been feeling well and not sleeping well either so I kept putting it off. The treadmill I got has ifit programming but it's the older click programming so I had to find a program to use it. Found one (free online :) i2workout) and finished 1 program for each week. It's supposed to be 3 different runs but I won't do that anyway. I did get a cd for it but I wanted the c25k program. Now I can attach my phone to the treadmill and just let it do its thing. No playing with speeds or inclines while on it. I hate treadmills but I dislike running in rain/heat more.

Well done for completing c25k! That's really great! Well done for sorting out the programming for your treadmill too. It's great that technology can help us get fit 😀

Interesting I didn't know you could program a treadmill, I thought those were built into them .

The old ifit treadmills used a click programming, the new ones uses sd cards or internet. Both can be customized if you have a program for them.

I think your amazing just for figuring out how to program all that stuff! I think being poor is a blessing in many ways...I will never have the quandary of having to figure out what you did Rose! Proud of you for sticking with it and doing what it takes to get in better shape! :-D

I have a used treadmill. I found it for 75 dollars on craigslist. If I wanted to use all the features I needed to figure it out. I can't afford a new treadmill but a used one was within reach.

I dislike dreadmills and elliptihells equally. You are a better woman than I am in doing them.
