Gotta love people. This morning a coworker comes to me and tells me "I know you are on a diet but I brought and thought you'd like one."
I told her "thank you but no."
"Are you sure. They're minis. One won't hurt you."
I just put my head down and ignored her.

I swear, I start dropping good weight and my husband feels the need to bring home garbage. And he is the one that talks about eating healthy this and healthy that, but has yet to commit. Has done an insane amount of research on health and lifestyle diet.

Great job at refusing the food/snacks. The polite refusals get easier and easier. I tend to nominate another work mate to eat my 'portion' of what ever is brought in.
