It is confusing which diet to follow. I would like to try to do Atkins again. I put my own cause for me this is much less stressful for expectations, but it does not mean you take everything away. First of all a sudden change of diet might make you sick, it might make everything you eat go through your body. It might make your stomach hurt with pain if you don't eat enough and it might be unbearable to sleep from hunger that your feeling starved, or deprived when you can,t eat that dessert. So it is best to start with a little higher carb count say of 110-90 and then go 5grams down each week than the other way around, eat the right calories of 1,500-1,700 for women and slightly more for men. We tend to starve ourselves or not eat enough when we don't know exactly what we are eating. To journal it would be the best way to go if you don't panic with numbers, remember if you fall you need to get back on uo and don't wait for Mondays to do it.

Good luck! I am trying to stick with the calorie counting and just eat what I usually eat except I cut out white bread most of the time. Amen to not knowing what we are eating - quite an eye-opening revelation when I started to write down everything that I was consuming!
