Forgive me for I have sinned....it has been way to long since my last entry. I had a fluctuation in weight (which I did not record) where I was up to 165 again. YUCK. I'm back down to 157.1 as of this morning, and have gotten back to portion size cutting. I was doing so well, until we had a stressful weekend of me prepping food for my hubby's film crew. And them not eating the food - so I did. Anyway, back on track. Meals have been small portions of fish, salads, veggie sides (all prepared myself, all purchased from the farmer's market). I've been making a point to walk a bit during work hours, too. And I cleaned the house like a madwoman yesterday. Here's hoping I can keep it up!
