Big Boy Optimus's Journal, 28 May 2015

These fast days are becoming easier and easier! After 4pm and all I had for today was 600ml water, 600ml green tea and a cup of coffee with 15ml milk. Going to make my oats with a scoop of chocolate protein powder and break this fast :)
