OMG is it ever hot and humid. It's worse in the kitchen. I am chef and boy am I sweating. BUT I love the heat. I can't stand the cold and with the winter we had up here(montreal) the heat is welcome. with my pedometer I already logged 6154 steps. I am happy I am counting my steps it gives me a better idea of the amount I burn. When it's hot like this I am not as hungry. I am happy for the rare times that I ate this mourning because I won't feel sick later because I didn't eat. I made myself an iced coffee mmm.
