getting so frustrated! im proud of myself because I have been doing great with meal prepping..only eating wut I prep no indulging in sweet things...and have been at it for almost 3 solid weeks! started this journey beginning of march but fell off for 2 weeks and have been back strong for almost 3 weeks...but NONE of my clothes are fitting any differently! I WISH I could see some physical changes!

it will happen when you least expect it.. spread out the intervals you are trying on the clothes. instead of every day or 2 days , wait a week.. then try em on...

I hear you. I had a depressing few days and realized this morning it has been over a month and I am only down 3.25 pounds. It's very disheartening.

Raneezy, It really is so disheartening when you find yourself at a stand still, right? I was there for 6.5 weeks with no loss! I was bummed! Now at last my body is letting go! I am sure, with your persistence, you will be celebrating with me soon! Hang in there friend! In His love~Ann :)

Personally, Raneezy, you should be proud that you are back strong for 3 weeks. I think like Ann 444, you will see your body letting go if you stick to it. Are you avoiding process foods? Lucy1771, at least you lost and didn't stay the same or gain. Maybe assess what you've been eating and doing. I'm personally afraid to weigh. LOL!
