Did pretty good today. Did my normal routine at work, just ate a little less salad. I had a really tiny piece of fish for dinner, cooked on the grill. My daughter ate a leftover boneless skinless chicken thigh, but didn't really like it. There were literally, two bites left and I just wanted the taste of the fish out of my mouth. LOL. I don't like frozen fillets. I like fresh fish. Hubby cooked up some pasta sides and I figured I had enough calories left. I took a walk around our little block before dinner and I'm going to take a walk now. I know I'm being healthy :) Now, if he can make the after dinner coffee, I will skip a second glass of wine and save calories :)
