Proud of myself! So far, I have worked out 3 days in a row this week. Monday, I did 1 hr of power walking using a Leslie Sansone video. Tuesday, I did 30 mins on my manual stepper. And today I did 1 hr of power walking again. I love Leslie's videos on Youtube. I like to mix it up and use a diff. video each time, because it's different movements but I try to keep it at 45min minimum, so about 3-4 miles. :-) Go me! TOmorrow I do 30 mins on the stepper and Friday 1 hr of power walking. Then I take the weekend off....maybe ;-) I'm trying to be consistent with this so that I'm dong 45 mins to an hour 3x a week and 30 mins 2x a week.
