I have been working real hard on my second book. It takes up enough of my time, since I can only do it little by little each day, with material that I save off to the side.

I just want to remind everyone that I do have a government copyright to the book. Also we all, as well as I, own our own journal that we write in, since they are dated, and on our sites that is documentation of our works. There is nothing wrong with sharing but someone else cannot use it, that goes for all of us. I am not here to sell anything to anyone. Many times I feel just to keep stuff to myself, but I love to inspire others, and do the best that I can! It is much harder, I think, anyway, to inspire ourselves, for like is not like a calm flowing stream. More like chaos, right? I wish much good luck in everyone attempts here on fatsecret, for there are a lot of stuff that are very inspirational indeed!

Good luck to all of you who have lost a lot of weight. It is no great bid secret! Many of us change their diets more than their underwear! I think there is no need, yet, we all do it anyway! Just common sense is all. Be careful of what's in our foods these days. Eat meat if you do that is clean from the shots, and chemicals, as well as the vegetables! I know it is hard to grow everything! I wish we all had a place in this site to share more video, as well as pictures! Though I am really camera shy, I would love to video tape my garden. My daughter is going to help do a promotional video of my book. I have not finalized the discount yet. Hopefully she will help me do this!

I have been researching my spirit since the beginning of the year! So, for me it was not just being a vegetarian for the sake of my body like some do! For me it was first for my spirit, second for my body! Sometimes I just need my space, and my time to just pull away!

I wish I could be more inspired so I would not fall over so much in this life, but it happens, and sometimes there is just no one to catch us.

I have also joined one more site, which was great, but I just needed that break like I just have said! I think we give up way to easy on ourselves, and too much negativity form a world I will talk about in book #2. Again, I came here to loose the weight, that was my number #1 concern. I know now you must take care some other stuff before you can do all of that.

Yo-yoing is just too hard, on the body, and the spirit, it is not cool at all. Yet, we are exposed to it every single day of our lives! And America being the #1 source! The do everything to make us fat, then they do everything to try to make us thin! It is a big business industry, and deal! The best way to go is to know ourselves, then we can get to know our own bodies!!

Good luck to everyone! You can all write me if you want. I have however disabled the comment section. I had gotten way too discouraged by some in the past, so that is why I did it! I however can still get your comments through my mail on this site. My yahoo I will not except anyone I don't very well know because it has caused me much conflict, and pain, in the past, and computer problems!

I had been struggling with a lot of depression lately so I am sorry I have not gotten on here sooner, this in turn plus the long winter, and inactivity, and not eating correctly-enough, cause my weight to escalate!!! That's why it is always important to document our foods!
