Spring_Peas, you can definitely eat some comfort food! The highest calorie part of this dish was the grits @195 calories, not including the cheese & burter I added to them. I think I could have reduced those slghtly. I cooked a serving & a half....could have been satisfied with one serving. The Shrimp mixture was mostly veggies & 9 shrimp was only 100 calories. I cook filling, robust meals....just have to tweak what goes into them.
