Yay for her!!!...Im in need of low carb information please help if you can.
My daughter has been doing low carb with me again for a few weeks now and although shes 17.. 18 soon and I think shes built very nicely she was wanting more of a bathing suit figure and too her graduations coming up and that spring dress we purchased for it she wants it to hang nicely. She had gained some wt. over the winter...plus she does receive the depo-provera shot for birth control.. its known the doctor states it can also add lbs. to you.
Well she has lost 10 lbs. so far on low carb and shes lost inches too.
We purchased a nutribullet 900 and we need some low carb smoothie recipes please...
If you have some great ones please send them my way you can even PM if you like thank you so much I truly appreciate your time and effort towards this request:)
