Happy to say I have had a very good restart to my healthy eating! I brought lunch everyday this week and actually ate it! good healthy stuff...baked chicken and turkey meatballs (not together) broccoli and roasted sweet potatoes yum! Yesterday I didn't have dinner and was ready for bed but was soooo hungry..it took everything in me not to go grab something to eat..but I fought the temptation and just went to sleep...this morning I broke my fast with two egg "cups" and a banana..:)
