Happy HUMP day,Added two extra sets of everything to my upper body work-out yesterday.Between that and the shake-weight thingy,I am really feeling it this morning.Mainly in my upper chest muscles.Maybe it will help pick the girls back up..LOL...Hey I can dream,can't I?
Been staying on track pretty good this week keeping the veggie ncs between 14-18, and totals up to 24.Hopefully I'll see a loss Friday.
I broke down and bought almonds again,but I put them in the freezer in my garage.My thinking is,if I don't see them,maybe I won't crave them so much.So far so good.Off to the gym,lower body today only!Just stretching the upper and walking.Have a great day friends.

Who can resist a nut? Not me! Glad you put them in the garage, so close, but yet so far. You can be nut free for today, if you can't stand it, you know where they are. Hey, maybe your arms are too sore to open the freezer? LOL, I know how it goes...beware the nut monster, he is verrryyy sneaky!
