I am having a serious sweet craving going on. I hate this battle. The urge is pretty strong. I've ate. I know I'm not hungry, it's just a massive craving. I can't have just one either, because that would throw me out of ketosis and I can't stop at just one. I do so want some though.

That one doesn't work for me. I think I might try chewing some gum and see how that goes.

I do the same thing you do HCB and it does work for me. I will not eat anything after that, I know it's a mind thing I have going on.

Leave the temptation if you can! Distract yourself! Don't just not eat it, actively do something else. Walk around the block or write an email, or whatever you can do. Good luck!

If you can't fight, make some Fat Bombs and eat one or two of those. If you need the recipe I will send it to you or you can look it up in line. It is full of lowcarb ingreadiants.

The cravings will pass, but it's something you've got to push through now. You're totally strong and you will feel awesome when you conquer it. I believe in you!

I've eaten more than I usually eat today (bought one of my fav salads for lunch and figure that is dinner). Now I am having a craving, too. LOL. I'm going to have play a game on Pogo.com (Boggle Bash) where it is timed and I have to sit there and play--LOL. That should keep me busy and I don't want to let anyone in that room down. Going to pour a glass of wine and sit there and play!

I chewed a piece of gum for about two hours. I messed around on the Internet for awhile. I read. I went to the end of the hall and discussed my disaster bag having plenty of food for my cat, even a few of his toys, a dish to give him some water, and no food for me. By the time I finally got to the store at the end of the day I passed by the doughnuts and the candy, and even passed up an offer of Peeps when it was directly offered. Nope. Didn't cave. I survived. And a peek at the scale indicates, I might, just might, break through my stall in the morning. :)

Maelyn--so proud of you! I'm starting to get hungry and figure I'll check onto my game site for a moment, then head to bed. I don't want to eat anymore calories tonight. I keep thinking fo the numbers. LOL.

Jillzee - Yep. Thinking of those numbers can do it. Use the what if's of the consequences of those actions. I'm going to take my meds, read some, and then go off to sleep. Tomorrow I weigh-in.

When I have cravings, I drink more water. It that doesn't woark, I eat more fat, such as Bullet Proof Coffee: Coffee, 1 tbl coconut oil, 1 tbl butter, and 1 serving stevia. If that doesn't work, it's an emotional problem, so I find an activity that doesn't involve food.
