So I started fat secret ...... Looks like I am good on the calories but I have too much fat in my diet and not many carbs.....will try to balance it better. I also started the T 25 program with the modified exercices because of knees issues. Very very motivated but I just hope I will be able to stick to it .... Flight attendant international flying only so not easy with lack of sleep and jet lag..... POSITIVE ATTITUDE

Diet Calendar Entries for 09 March 2015:

Actually that's great- higher fat and low carb is the best way to lose body fat. Just make sure your carbs are coming from Veggies and fruits like berries.

I am a fan of 45% carbs/35% protein/20% fat. Easier to do, keeps energy levels up, curbs hunger and burns more calories.
