Cut out all artificial sweeteners and most of my caffeine. Have been drinking lots and lots of water to avoid cravings and headaches. Also about to start my period. Needless to say, lots and lots of water retention.
But, I'm doing very well with the clean eating--avoiding all added sugars to my diet. Cutting processed foods and incorporating fruits and veggies into every meal and snack.
