Trying to eat the Core plan that weight watchers use to use. I did very well on it before. Hope I can get my weight back down in a year and a half. I don't expect miricals but I'm going to give this my very best effort. I need to get my weight down to continue to walk. Arthritis is tough to live with and easy to give in to.
