I have had a weight problem since childhood. I was told I would grow out of it so I continued to eat. As I have aged I know that was wishful thinking. About 8 years ago I started dieting and got to 137, however my goal weight according to WW was 120. After my divorce I gain almost everything back that I had lost. By the way at that time I weighed 282. This time I am in it for my health not so much my looks, however that will be a plus!
