Went out to the local 'Frit' kot' today... My husband wanted fries and I told myself 'yeah why not, I've worked hard today, I can afford it'. I had a portion of fries (as a Belgian, I'd rather call not it 'french fries')some ketchup and a cheeseburger without bun.
Thanks God that the no junk food challenge hadn't started yet
I didn't even like it. It tasted meh.
Tomorrow, I'll make up for that with a 6km jogging and some long bike training.
