I've started new eating and exercise habits at the beginning of January. My starting weight was 83 kg (183 lbs) which means I've lost 5 kg so far.
Last three weeks, I've lost weight at a slower pace ( -700 gr/week) because I try not to be too restrictive in my food intake. (I want to keep eating healthy and reasonably even after I reach my goal weight)
