So excited today...Went to check out this gym called AnyTime Fitness. Great looking gym with tons of cardio exercise machines and weight training equipment. Start tomorrow! Will spend an hour and half per day in gym. Look out summer here comes a newer, thinner me! Weigh in Friday, keeping my finger's crossed. Have been taking in no more then 70 carbs, most days below 50 carbs daily so that should have helped the weight....Today's quote::::: "You can do what you have to do, and sometimes you can do it even better than you think you can".....Jimmy Carter
