Yesterday was great. I have an eating disorder and I check in with my dietician every two weeks to keep me on track. I see my therapist weekly. I am far from where I need to be but even with my binges I am doing so much better. Yesterday I lost 4.7 pounds according to my dietician. It is recorded as only 3 pounds here on fat secret. I must have put down a incorrect initial weight. Anyway, I can live with 3 pounds too. In over a year, I have never lost that much in two weeks. I average 1-3 pounds a month. My dietician was very supportive and my therapist was proud of me too.
Before I weighed in yesterday I ate a whole key lime pie (work in progress). I just feel good that because I am trying so hard, even with the mess ups I am still making progress. That hopeless feeling is subsiding. I have to believe change is possible. Thanks guys for all of your support. It means a lot to me.
