Oh gosh this sucks....on my scale it says 251 and on my wii fit it says 283.5.... I really think the wii fit is right,but it really sucks because I thought I was doing so well but I guess I wasn't....very descouraging. So now I will rely on mesearments and start over.

This weekend I went to plattsburgh for some shopping and to relax with my DH. Well I got the shock of my life. It really opened my eyes. Down in plattsburgh we had taco bell and friendly's and a breakfast. OMG, OMG, OMG..... First the protions are soo big my DH couldn't even finish them. At taco bell the drink size is a medium which is the same size as our large. The pancake I had for breakfast was 8 inch. I had the choose of having up to 3 of them,yikes!!!!! I am used to having a stack of 3 but 3 to 4 inch each. I couldn't even finish the 8inch because I also ordered a side of bacon and home fries,thinking that I was getting a 4 inch pancake. At friendly's we had the starter of mini burgers quesadillas and onion rings, I ordered fish and chips and my DH ordered the sirlion tips. I got 5 fish. Up here we get 3. My DH plate was soo big he couldn't finish it. We didn't even have dessert. We also went to the movies we hesitated on taking the mediun drink and medium popcorn. We thought of taking each one but ending taking only one....thank goodness because the popcorn and juice is the same size as a large here. I couldn't even hold the drink in one hand that it was soo big.
Before we left we went to the grocery store. That really shocked me....There was soo much junk food I couldn't believe it. Of course I got some but yikes, there is more junk then healthy. The fruit and veggie section is so small compared to up here. I now understand why there is a weight problem in the states.

Hats off to everyone that is losing weight with all those temptations....We all have to do something to make sure that it doesn't get worse.
