ARGGGGG!! The weight gain HAS to be from sodium!?
242.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 92.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Some I'm sure. I noticed this week how much healthier turkey tastes than chicken. I don't use regular salt since all the sodium I need (and much I don't) naturally occurs in foods. Try to use frozen veggies or those canned with no salt added. I can't believe how much sodium is in baked goods that I buy. So I make my own bread.
