Weigh in today and I'm down 24 lbs in 9 weeks.Only lost 1.5 lb. this week but being on the injured list with my knee,I'm ok with it.At least its down and not up...Sun is finally shining here so I'll get outside today,even if I have to put on my boots.LOL..Giving my knee till Monday to heal,then its back to the gym.To many distractions to make myself exercise at home.
