I have been eating like this since the 5th of November, but the calendar will not let me choose a date in the past. My starting weight was 267
Going to weigh my self tomorrow morning. I was at 263 last Friday (this was at the doctors and with clothes on - no shoes). Once a week is good for me. This will be right out of the shower. My scale measure BMI but I have never really gone by that number as healthy weight gauge. At my thinnest I would still be considered morbidly obese. And daily weigh-ins can be self defeating for me because my weight can fluctuate a pound or more.
I have to say that I'm not hungry eating the LCHF diet. The hardest part is living with people (my husband and 17 year old son) who are eating the SAD - Standard American Diet. Lots of re-fined and processed carbs and added sugar.

You can enter a historical weight. Go to My weight history. On the right there is a box My diet. Click on Enter historical weight entries. A calendar will come up and you can click on the appropriate date. I have used it myself.

Apparently if you change the diet you are following, you can't add historical weights. I keep getting an error message (pop-up window). Oh well.
