Well I am going to kind of play with what I am eating to see if I can either kick start a little loss again or maintain but I will try and get more protien at least above 100 daily and see what happens hope everyone has a great Thrusday :)

yeah - i find the strangest things kick start a loss - like a huge refeed day - or an extremely low day. if you find one that works, that's what will get you there. increasing protein is always a winner.
