Wore the blue blocking glasses starting at 8 last night, but did have two wide-awake episodes, probably due to stress. Fortunately, I was able to recover. Six hours of solid sleep, 2 1/2 drowsing while listening to podcasts.

Morning plank. Ten minutes on the Air Walk Trainer first thing in the morning to burn off glycogen.

Today is an up day on the Alternate-Day Diet (eat all I want). I hope to use the tomatoes my aunt gave me in a tomato sauce.

Strength training: one hour and six minutes of eight great exercises for arms from "Age-Defying Fitness." Three sets of 16 reps each with five-pound dumbbell bars except for upright rows (all I could do was one set of 12 reps) and Iron Bull Tgrips 2.0, 20 minutes warmup and 20 minutes cooldown on the Air Walk Trainer. Thirty minutes of posture, neck, and trunk exercises from "Age-Defying Fitness". Cardio: 40 minutes on the Air Walk Trainer.

Relaxation: 25 minute nap.
