I have Isa's other book, Veganomicon, which is quite popular. Although technically vegan (and REALLY delicious), her recipes can also be VERY calorically dense and rather labor intensive. If you're really into vegan cooking, you'll like her stuff. But if you're looking for something quick, easy and "light" to throw together in a pinch, you might want to look elsewhere. I just downloaded your free recommendation, Chris. I'll let you know what I think.

Thanks for the heads up, Sweet2th. Sounds like you know a lot more about Isa than me. Recommendation is too strong a word. I'm not endorsing the Kindles - just making people aware of them as a service to the FatSecret community. People follow a wide variety of diets. As long as a Kindle is about diet, healthy eating, or exercise, I'll post a link to it.

You don't need kindle, I don't have it either. Go to their site and download their free app. It works!!
