Well I almost can't believe it as I have eaten so many carbs--paninis galore and a bread pretzel in the airport--but we walked for hours each day on the trip and apparently it made a huge difference. I am going to take this little drop in weight as a reminder that moving a lot helps and keeping the portions smaller too. Would love to make it to 128 before we go to LA in 3 weeks.
