Yes! I just can't believe it! I am so used to losing then gaining it back but seriously, once I made the decision to just do it, it's just coming off. I've truly made an effort on recording my intake 98% of the time. I give myself one cheap day n count that into my cal, if I do go over it's about 100-200 cal but that's not all the time. I can finally feel hunger pains...it's been a long time for those. Use to wear jeans size 16-18 and got into a size 14 with some room. The biggest impact is I'm not running to food for emotions...I'm finding other ways to channel...I feel light!
173.8 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 43.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
