Well tonight sucked! I was so excited this morning to be down another pound. I ate good today, and then blew it at dinner. I had 2 hot dogs , a granola bar, and then I just now finished a smoothie. I am so full I want to bust. Uggggggg I don't think I'll be weighing myself in the morning..just in case....
And of all the things to splurge on, I can't believe I did it with hot dogs! I'm not even a big fan of hot dogs, sigh....
Heres to being back on track tomorrow.
