Tonight, my husband and kids all decided they wanted pizza for dinner. I knew that if I smelt it when it came in the house I might cave. Not that I think there's anything wrong with the odd piece here and there, but I really didn't want any because of being at this stupid stalled weight. So, I chugged a lot of water, ate a big salad, and then had a cup of homemade chicken broth with a quarter cup of chicken bits in it. Thankfully , because of that, when the pizza did arrive, I had no craving for it at all. And then I even went upstairs and did ANOTHER half hour on my treadmill. Yay me,lol.
