I did something I am proud of tonight. At the supper table, after I had eaten my meal, I refused to eat the leftovers, altho they were stringbean stew, one of my FAVOURITE of Mom's dishes! And I had room in my tummy. Was nowhere NEAR full. But I'd had enuf. Ok... I did have a bit of the lamb as I was wrapping up the leftovers, but I stuck 99% to the plan today... in fact, since my cals are 1313, I was LOOKING for food to eat to make up my cals for the day.
I think Im going to repeat today's meals tomorrow.
I can do this.

Also, the rubber band around the wrist technique is working well for me. Maybe I can stop the negative thinking once and for all. I want to start meditating. Need to find the time.

And some great news??? Im going to the rugby on saturday :D YAY! Will cut myself a 200 cal bit of slack bcos Sunday is weigh day! Sunday is also my friend's housewarming party. I will be taking a healthy fruit platter. Easy. No mess. No fuss.
Yoghurt. Grapes. Pineapple (enuff for two). Some dried fruit. Nuts.
