Have lost .6kgs since Sunday. Thats awesome, right? Mostly water weight and includes a piece of chocolate cake. I have also been suffering from diahroea, so that could also have contributed a lot. Shud I get my hopes up? dont know. Will weigh again tomorrow. Will weigh as often as I can emotionally handle it. Not sure if its a good idea tho. Might become obsessive. but if Im not obsessive, how will i reach my goal. Its because I keep cutting myself some slack that I lose complete control. which is part of the binge and purge cycle of course... once a bulimic always a bulimic. i wish i cud be friends with food. My goals are to eat mindfully and to MASTER portion control.
