INDUCTION DAY 2; MY CARBS WERE TOO HIGH DUE TO SWEET PEPPERS...NEXT TIME I WILL MAKE THE BACON POPPERS WITH BELL PEPPER.

Yes, the peppers are high in sugars and also the turnip! Root vegetables like carrots and turnips and yams and then corn too should be avoided on induction.
