So I went off the rails on Saturday. There is absolutely no way I could track my food, because I attended an engagement party. All booze, fried food, sandwiches, and sweets. Seriously. When was the last time you went to a fancy party and they didn't have at least a veggie plate? Oh well. I had some chocolate-covered strawberries. Those count as a fruit, right? :)
Additionally, the only diet-safe drinks were tap water and club soda. I should have had tap water, but I enjoyed my vodka sodas immensely!
I need to get back into the habit of recording uuuverythang. I don't want to weigh in until my weight stops this fluctuation horsepoodiddles.
