I had a 2-3 nights of eating carbs late at night (despite my signing up for "no food after 8" challenge) - it was just 3 frozen waffles each time I swear, with butter and jam! But the carbs swell me up like a sponge.
Also, I am still being a slug... I had hoped signing up for exercise challenges would help, but my body is still not co-operating. But it's not too late,there's still hope for the weekend!
245.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 107.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.1 lb a week
