Had a hard weekend.But that is ok, nobody and nothing is perfect. I will try to drink more water or at least more liquids because I barely drink enough liquids. I will also measure myself correctly. before when I would measure myself I would pull the tape as tight as possible which now I won't. I know I gaine inches because my chef's pants don't fit me anymore.Thank goodness that my chef's coat and my undershirt is long enough to cover. Have a good day everyone...:)
274.3 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 74.3 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
