Well--I am trying to follow the plan but here are my downfalls-- a second creamsicle at lunch--1 is permitted--only 70 cals 2 glasses of wine after din--I would do better with a diet beer snack of some kind after din--I have got to stop that--
Plus--keeping lunch and din healthy, had small baked pot last nite--used mainly yog and a tad of butter--but in general, no starch carbs which I need to continue.
Hearty exercise, and extra band work during the day. I need to rev it up--2 weeks until departure. On the plus side, I only weigh 133 this morning. Keepi it up--official weigh in is Friday.
