Why so early?

Well, I woke up at around half past 2 this morning and as much as I tried, I could just not get back to sleep. So after trying to make myself more inclined to sleep by reading for an hour or so (and still failing to achieve my goal), I decided to call it a night and make breakfast xD

I often find it difficult to sleep at night but last night was something else. I think I might have to look into sleeping pills..

Oh, that's a shame! I usually sleep really well. Why not try some herbal remedies? And no screens near bedtime. Maybe your metabolism is racing? That can wake you up in the night.
