that looks good. I'm going to try out a recipe for banana and oats muffins today. Got to be healthy if it's got oats

Porridge oats are super healthy. I also buy oat bran and mix it with the porridge oats.

That sounds like a good idea Anne, I often add a linseed mix to mine for the extra omega 3:)

would look better with colour or chopped red peppers sprinkle some dill or or chopped coriander green maybe on the top maybe some onions as well and Chop garlic color style and presentation that's what they always say makes the stomach go crazy and give you an appetite that looks so blann I need the dressing I would hate to see it 8 hours later coming out on the other end of the loo as it already looks like that now in the Bowl, sorry 🙄 for being straight up front and honest opinion after all they're all entitled up opinion

and to all those people who think it is porridge you're wrong you can clearly see it's meant to be pasta and tuna you got me in stitches laughing here issterically🤣😂🤣 honestly

and anyway if it was porridge oats where would all the milk be gone it would just got like a rock piece of stone in a bowl you can clearly see this is pasta and cheese to all those people who think it's just porridge dried up stiff porridge lol 😂

Dawn we are not in a cooking competition. Niether in an insulting forum. If you don't like something it's better to keep your straight words safe. Better to stay shush then hurting someone. How can someone put so much effort in teasing.

Looks really good, I have porridge oats and soya milk but never thought of banana, have tried a few little berries recently but really missing the chocolate I used to eat with porridge. Loved banana and custard too
