Ok...I started back exercising earlier this month....but wasn't using this to track my food intake.....I was going to start doing this on October 1st, but figured, why not start today on a Monday!!?? Feels good to be exercising again!!!
127.8 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
