I think I an having calorie creep. Lately just want to eat for no reason. I have been under a lot of stress also. And with Hallowen coming, there have been a lot more temptations around even though I have not bought any candy yet. I can't let this get out of control, I have come to far to let this get me.

Hi Jen, Tell yourself that you are not going to eat the candy-maybe just one piece, that is it. Keep exercising and try to add 15 more minutes at a time. We can do this and start losing again.
