My intake for today was 100% spot on. I'm usually pretty close, but today was just about perfect. 2200 cal. 50% protein, 30% fat, and 20% carbs is my daily goal. I hit 2204 cals, 48% protein, 32% fat, and 20% carbs all from whole foods and healthy fat sources.

Following this diet for 7 more weeks and weight training 4-6 days per week, and then for the 4 final weeks of my plan I will go back to minimum carbs and 6 days per week weight training for the final cut.

whether I hit my goal of 170 or not I will continue this lifestyle indefinitely, I see no reason to stop.

I feel nothing short of excelent.
