The Master Life Coach was a 4 course program. Next up a course on create online classes and Neuro Linguistic Programming. I am a personal trainer and nutrition coach. I am working to help people with that mindset piece for creating a long term healthy lifestyle changes.

I am planning on doing another Transformation Makeover show with WBFF This one is in the spring. I got gutsy and purchased shoes. Not sure how I am going to pull this off. My hubby and I both got laid off. I have started in home, virtual and als training at a local personal training studio. It's on the vision board so I am going to make it happen. Hope these shoes fit. At least they were not super pricey. I have rather large feet considering I have such a small frame. LOL! They use fashion shoes in WBFF rather than the clear ones you see in many other organizations.
