My morning BG was 98.
Though I'm not seeing a drop on the scales at the moment, I'm not going to worry about it right now. I know I've lost some inches and the last few months have been stressful. Of course now that it's so cold and damp, I'm not going for any walks. We're due for snow any day now anyway so I'm keeping mostly to yoga.
I'm doing really good and I know that pushing myself this time of year is a very BAD idea. Instead, I'm watching holiday movies and sorting through my yarn :)
