Back to basics...... recording everything I eat and realising yet again just what I am eating. I realised that thinking the veg garden gave me enough exercise was wrong when I started walking when we could get out and about again, so I really must try and do some walking on a daily basis. Today my horse is in a race, only about 20 miles away- unfortunately we can't go and watch him because of the restrictions. it's only his 4th race here so fingers crossed. for him.
